Accreditation

Our team has surveyed over 500 hospitals as Joint Commission surveyors and team leaders, and we have also established and managed highly effective Accreditation programs at major hospitals. Pre-Survey Support
We provide full Accreditation program development, mock surveys, focused assessments, and preparation training.
Onsite Support during Survey
Ensure a fair and valid survey by assisting with the command center, facilitating Special Issue Resolutions, and clarifying out of deficiencies in real-time.
Post-Survey Support
We assist with plans of correction as the result of a CMS, state, or other regulatory survey, including Immediate Jeopardy (IJ), Immediate Threat to Health and Safety (ITL or ITHS), Preliminary Denial of Accreditation (PDA), or any other adverse event.
